Army Transformation and Innovation Centre

Nigeria Army HQThe Army Transformation and Innovation Centre (ATIC) is to ensure that the Nigerian Army (NA) actualises its Vision 2015, which is to manage the NA Transformation Process in order to develop the operational effectiveness of the NA. The Centre is also to develop strategies that will ensure that the NA responds adequately to the ever dynamic operational and technological environment. Initially known as the Office of the Nigerian Army Transformation (ONAT), it transmutted to Army Transformation, Innovation and Concept Development  Centre (ATICDC) before its new name of ATIC. It is headed by Chief of Transformation and Innovation (Army) COTI (A) for short.
